Terms of Service

1) Entertainment only; no real-money gambling

The Service is for entertainment and social gameplay only. It does not offer real-money gambling, real-money wagering, or opportunities to win real money. Any virtual coins, points, credits, or items are for in-service use only, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or prizes, and are not transferable except as expressly allowed in the Service.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 20 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping credentials secure. Provide accurate information and promptly update it.

3) Virtual currency and purchases

We may provide virtual items (including “virtual currency”) through gameplay or purchase. Virtual items are licensed, not sold. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law; we do not guarantee availability, continued offering, or any particular value/utility. We may modify, limit, or remove virtual items at any time.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws, these Terms, or third-party rights.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate gameplay, or use unauthorized automation.
• Do not attempt to access non-public systems, interfere with security, or overload the Service.
• Do not post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Jackario Limited or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6) User content

If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute it to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to submit it.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including suspected violations or risk to the Service. Upon termination, licenses end and virtual items may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACKARIO Limited WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR NZ$50 IF NONE).

10) Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please first contact us at contact@jackario.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the matter within a reasonable time, you may bring eligible consumer disputes to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand, or, where applicable, to the courts of New Zealand. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you and Jackario Limited submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
