This Privacy Policy describes how Jackario Limited ("Jackario," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit or use jackario.com (the "Site").

  • Identifiers & contact data: name, email address, and any information you submit through forms or messages.
  • Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and approximate location inferred from IP.
  • Cookies & similar technologies: used for essential site functions and to understand usage (analytics). You can control cookies via browser settings and, where available, our cookie tools.

2) How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Respond to inquiries and send service-related communications.

The Site is for users aged 20 and over and is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 20. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.

8) Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand)

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to: request access to personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; ask us to stop using your information for certain purposes (such as analytics or marketing); and withdraw any consent you have given. To make a request, email contact@jackario.com with subject “Privacy Request” and include the email you used to contact us. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
