In‑App Purchases & Refund Policy

This policy applies to apps and services provided by Jackario Limited that offer optional in‑app purchases (“IAP”).
1) What you can buy
IAPs are optional and, where offered, may include virtual currency, virtual items, cosmetic upgrades, or other digital content usable only within the applicable app (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold.
2) No real‑world value
- Virtual Items have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or for goods/services outside the app.
- Virtual Items cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged except as expressly allowed in the app.
3) Pricing, billing, and taxes
Prices are shown at the time of purchase in your app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) in NZ$ where available. Your purchase is processed by the store, and the store’s payment terms apply. GST may be added where required under New Zealand law.
4) Delivery and availability
Virtual Items are generally delivered immediately after purchase. If you do not receive an item, contact us and include the store receipt/order ID so we can help. We may change, suspend, or remove Virtual Items as permitted by law and any applicable terms shown in the app.
5) Refunds and cancellations
All IAP refund requests are handled by the platform where you made the purchase, subject to that platform’s policies and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. We cannot issue refunds directly for store‑processed transactions.
- Apple (App Store): Request a refund via Apple’s “Report a Problem” for the purchase on your Apple ID.
- Google Play: Request a refund via your Google Play order history/support flow.
- Other platforms: Use the refund tools and terms provided by that platform.
If your purchase included a subscription (only where clearly presented at checkout), you can cancel future renewals in your store account settings. Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund past charges unless the platform approves it.
6) Accidental or unauthorized purchases
If you believe a purchase was accidental or unauthorized, contact the store provider promptly and review device/store parental controls. We may request information to help investigate (such as a receipt or order ID).
